I have recently been working with Sculptor Amy Goodman. Amy has created a bronze statue of the late Queen Elizabeth II for Test Valley Borough Council and I was asked to carve the plinth for the prestigious bronze of our late Queen. The sculpture was unveiled on September 27th 2024 at Town Mills Riverside Park, Andover and I was lucky to attend.
The plinth is made from Portland Stone and bears a simple text of the Queen’s title and date of birth and death.
I have worked on many of Amy Goodman’s sculptures and it’s always such a privilege to work with her.
